Forgotten password

How to reset your password if you have forgotten it.

If you no longer know your password, you can request a new one:

  1. Go to the password reset page.
  2. Enter your email address (as registered with StepBridge) and your username. Not sure which ones you used? Check your inbox for previous emails from StepBridge — your username appears in brackets after your name.
  3. Click Send email. If you have entered your email address and username correctly, you will receive an email with a link straight away.
  4. Click Reset password in the email.
  5. Choose a secure password of at least 8 characters, enter it twice, and click Reset password. Passwords that are too easy to guess will be rejected.
  6. You can now log in with your new password.
